Petra Arnold has been Working on an unusual project for years.She photographs the Hells Angels - Chapter Luxembourg.The results of their extensive excursions can noW be seen for the first time in a photo exhibition.Petra Arnold gives insights into another World that seem strange and equally familiar to us.She shoWs Hells Angels When grilling, at parties, at strip shoWs or sunbathing: Petra Arnold is Waiting, choosing and capturing unusual facets of the brotherhood-analogous and predominantly in black and White.She absorbs portraits, heavy Harley motorcycles, moods, symbols and tattoos and thus draWs her oWn picture beyond the common clichés.There are snapshots and time documents that come close to the original Hells Angels myth.
The exhibition is part of the Off/Photo Initiative 2015.In the temporal context of the Mannheim-LudWigshafen photo festival, 21 exhibitions are presented at 16 locations.More under WWW.off-photo.de
