Milk and milk products, that's skin care from the fridge - fresh, quick or to dive into. And the punch comes right in the face.

Milk and dairy products have been used in skin care for centuries. Cleopatra's milk bath, which was made from mare's or perhaps donkey's milk, is well known. But of course you can also use cow’s milk, which you have in the fridge just like yoghurt, sour cream etc.
Milk is 87 percent water, but the remaining 13 percent is tough. Protein, vitamins A, D, E, C, B group vitamins, trace elements and milk fat. Lactose binds moisture, lactic acid regulates the pH value of the skin and milk protein soothes the irritated skin surface. So perfect for immersion.
Natural yoghurt is great for all skin types, is soothing and cleans the pores. It contains lactic acid, protein, calcium, vitamins B2, B12, potassium and magnesium. Lactic acid ensures that calcium is better absorbed into the bloodstream and dead skin cells dissolve. It works wonders, especially with impure skin.
Sour cream is actually "whipped cream" that has been treated with lactic acid bacteria, which gives it a firmer, creamier consistency in addition to a slightly sour taste. Sour cream is actually the "anti-aging milk weapon" and is very effective for dry and tight skin. Even with a slight sunburn, it can quickly bring relief.
Creme fraiche contains at least 30% fat and has a calming and moisturizing effect. Especially with skin that is prone to redness and couperose, it relieves the symptoms immediately and helps directly and effectively.
Whipped cream is the dairy product for skin over 40. It has a high fat content as well as calcium, potassium and numerous vitamins. Especially for stressed skin, Schlag in liquid form is a wonderful cleanser or make-up remover. The slap in the face takes on a different meaning.
Back to Cleopatra. She managed to get the two most powerful men of her time, Caesar and Mark Antony, to compete for her favor. So I would suggest the following: A bath with milk and honey, whipped cream on your face and just wait for the noble prince or princess.
Do you really want to bathe in mare's milk like Cleopatra did?
What was initially reserved for emperors and kings was made accessible to the general public in Austria in 1980 by Franz Derler - mare's milk as a source of strength and beauty. For generations, the Derler-Töchterle family has been running a stud and farm with a lot of heart and a sense of tradition. We draw on decades of experience and a great spirit of innovation.
The daughter farm is the oldest organic mare's milk stud farm in Austria.
