Have you had any experiences with poor working conditions? What did you do in this case? Tried to improve something - or just accepted the misery and kept working? They could have just done it like a team from a Mc Donald's branch, who simply collectively walked out and left the restaurant empty with the joint resignation. The action was captured in a video, then landed on Tiktok and has now generated 14 million clicks.
Tiktok video with millions of clicks: Mc Donald's staff collectively resign
It does happen that someone quits because of lousy working conditions. But it's rather unusual for the entire workforce to leave right away. But that's actually what happened in a Mc Donald's restaurant. An ex-employee captured the aftermath of her entire team's departure on Tiktok. The video shows what suddenly happens when all employees resign from now on. In one fell swoop, the Mc Donald's branch is deserted. Nobody prepares burgers or takes care of the fries anymore, suddenly everything comes to a standstill. And the note "Everyone has quit, we're closed" on the counter provides information about the abnormal situation.
The former Mc Donald's employee, who published the video online, doesn't seem to mind that she's jobless. It seems that the joy of the action taken by the staff outweighs it, because "well, that happened today and it was so funny," she writes about the recording. She also explains why it got to the point where the entire workforce suddenly quit their job: "Guys, we didn't quit because of our salary. The shop was run by young people all by themselves and it was a terrible place to work." She also adds that the supervisors would not have helped them when they needed support.
That's what Tiktok users say about the sudden termination action at Mc Donald's
Honestly, wouldn't you have had your fill and would you have freed yourself from this bad situation with the team? A Tiktok user, for example, shows solidarity with the employees and writes: "I'm glad you left. That tells me more about how terrible jobs are there and not the employees." Someone else, on the other hand, celebrates the sudden stoppage of work like this: "A stoppage of work, yes!", while another user says: "That doesn't surprise me".
