"The Geissens" Robert shocks daughters with breast milk confession
Dubai – The Geissens spend the anniversary episode on vacation in Dubai. As an entertainment program for the kids, Robert and Carmen have come up with lots of dares: ziplining from a height of 170 meters, for example. The daughters are disgusted with a completely different anecdote.
In the 300th episode of "The Geissens - a terribly glamorous family" (Mondays 8:15 p.m., RTLZWEI) there are a lot of tests of courage on the program. The Geissens are on holiday again in Dubai. Not the favorite destination of the spoiled daughters Davina (17) and Shania (16). But this time, Robert and Carmen have considered a lot of adrenaline activities.
"The Geissens": Carmen, Shania and Davina dive with sharks
It starts with a dive in the aquarium of the posh hotel "Atlantis". While Robert blasphemes from the edge of the pool (“Children, laugh again! Daddy needs a farewell photo”), Carmen dives with her daughters into the depths to see rays and sharks. "I'm a zero in diving", she warns the diving instructors, but then she is handed the diving helmet. "Why am I doing such a sh...?" she asks.
But the worry quickly gave way to enthusiasm: "It was a breathtaking feeling," Carmen says happily after reappearing. And Robert is impressed too – albeit for a different reason: “The three girls under water, it’s finally time to relax on vacation,” he grins.
Robert Geiss shocks daughters with breast milk confession
The Geissens serve a specialty from Dubai with their coffee: pastries and coffee with rare camel milk. That's not at all to Davina's taste. And Shania also makes a face: "It tastes kind of moldy." Robert Geiss has an interesting other association: "It tastes like sperm," he says. Carmen: "Roooooobeeeeeeeet!"
It only gets more embarrassing when Carmen says that years ago Robert had tested a very special kind of milk: breast milk. "That's disgusting!" Shania turns away. Carmen doesn't understand the excitement: "Oh, that was just a small drop on the finger."
The next item on the big "fun program for the kids" (Robert Geiss) is ziplining. From a height of 170 meters, the Geissen girls want to rappel over the Marina of Dubai. With a distance of one kilometer and a speed of 80 km/h not exactly a carriage ride. While Shania is in full bloom, Davina's knees are shaking: "Mama, Mama, Mama!" she wails when the command to start is heard.
Carmen Geiss feels like Superman
Carmen herself also has strong doubts as to whether the idea of being a role model for her children is really that smart: "I shouldn't always do what my children do," the 56-year-old says to herself. When asked if she's "ready," she whimpers, "No, no, no!" But pinch? Not Carmen! "I'm a courageous girl from Cologne," she laughs and throws herself into the depths. "It was a great feeling to fly over the marina like Superman," she says, overjoyed after the flight. And the daughters are also proud of their daredevil mother: "I know that a lot of mothers wouldn't do something like that," says Davina.
And because flying was so nice, the Geiss women went one step further. From the safe ground, Robert follows how his “three from the gas station” get into a small plane and dare to fall in a tandem jump. "I'm afraid of heights, I would die there," Robert comments on the jumping action. But Davina, Shania and Carmen obviously enjoy their parachute jump. "It was wonderful, so outlawed," says Carmen happily.
"The Geissens": Shania and Carmen bicker about make-up
But the joy of the successful free fall only lasts for a short time: while shopping, there is a stink between Shania and her mother again. The reason? Carmen is surprised that Shania wants to buy make-up even though she hardly ever uses it. Shania: "Hello? I wear make-up, of course, not as exaggerated as you. You look like a drag queen!”
