It was six years ago that Daniela Büchner (43) has emigrated to Mallorca with a child and cone.In 2015 it was struck together with pop singer Jens Büchner († 49) and as part of "Goodbye Germany" on the Balearic Island.A lot has happened since then, the family has lost Jens to lung cancer. Now Daniela and her daughter Jada Karabas (16) have looked back on their early days in Mallorca in a Podcast of "Goodbye Germany" - and drawn a critical record. In particular, the teenager makes it clear that at the beginning she had to struggle in her new home!
You can see how critically Daniela Büchner deals with social expectations of her body in the video above. There she strikes unusually vulnerable tones.
Jens and Daniela Büchner enjoyed the new life in Mallorca
Daniela Büchner admits today that he has rushed the move to the Mediterranean: "We didn't think about it.We had neither a plan nor enough money for security if anything goes wrong.“But it is also clear that it was primarily important to her and is still to offer her children security. As thanks to VOX, the income for the family also increased thanks to the pop career of Jens and the camera accompaniment by VOX..For the Büchners an almost surreal condition: "Jens had nothing for a long time and I come out of nowhere. And you sit there and are the first time fascinated how life suddenly changes, "said Daniela Büchner. But the dark side of this success also recognizes it today. Her bitter conclusion: "We lost sight of our family, which was actually the most important thing. And our health."
Daniela Büchner's daughter Jada talks about school start in Mallorca
Her daughter Jada has only loving words for her mother, but too, it sounds as if she had been overwhelmed by the rapid moving a little at the time as an eleven -year -old."I wouldn't say I was an unfortunate eleven -year -old, but I think there are nicer childhood memories," said Jada.Especially when she suddenly had to attend a new school alone where all other children spoke Spanish or Catalan. She remembers her first day of school as follows: "I only wanted to go home.I did not understand anything."But with a lot of diligence she taught herself and fell with a dictionary in the afternoon, because:" You somehow have to bring it into your head.Since I had the will and knew that I couldn't get any further, if I don't learn it now, it was somehow."
Daniela Büchner's daughter about her relationship with Jens Büchner
It was at least as difficult to lose a father figure twice.Jada's biological father died when she was four, in 2018 also Jens Büchner, of whom she says: "Jens was already like a dad for me.I never called him dad, but he knew he was for me."For the two men, she even got a tattoo, angel wing, stabbing. But the start with Jens was also at least challenging, as Jada now reveals: "We children always only had mom.And then suddenly Jens comes. You were always number one and then there is a person who doesn't take the place away, but you just have to share. We always wanted to pay attention from mom, as we used to have, but of course there were also moments when Mama and Jens wanted to be alone. That was a bit difficult for us, "explains Jada.
So Büchner subsidiary Jada plans her future
In the meantime, Jada is planning to do her Abitur and then become a lawyer. In doing so, she clearly distinguishes herself from her mother, but also from her older sister Joelina (22), both of whom are in business as influencers and reality stars. But Jada has decided: "Social media and television will always be a part -time job, if at all, because I think I just won't be happy to only work on your cell phone or just work on TV."Daniela Büchner, in turn.
Daniela Büchner: Before "Goodbye Germany" she worked on a 450 euro basis
Before the breakthrough came for Daniela Büchner, she struggled with two part -time jobs. She worked as a loto buyer and as a kitchen aid in a football stadium, as she tells in the podcast. After Jens Büchner's death, she feared that she was back in this situation. She says: "That was my greatest fear.I didn't want to go back again.I used to have Hartz 4 and got food at the table.I never want me to get into this situation."From this fear, she is probably still the power to remain loyal to reality business despite all the blaspheme mouth and shitstorms and thus earn her money.Because: "This life in Mallorca, single parent, is expensive. Then maybe you go the more uncomfortable path and show yourself in public when you know that you can offer your children a large garden for this."
