The new "Let's Dance" season starts in February, in which 14 celebrities will again push themselves across the floor together with professionals. RTL has now announced the last three candidates who want to compete with Amira Pocher and Cheyenne Ochsenknecht, among others.
Now they are certain, all 14 celebrities who face the sporting, mental and emotional challenge in the 15th season of the RTL dance show "Let's Dance". The broadcaster has officially confirmed who will dance next to moderator Amira Pocher and Co.
The dance squad is completed by musician Mike Singer, circus artist René Casselly and princess and entrepreneur Lilly zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg. For the 49-year-old, participating in the show is an absolute childhood dream come true, as she revealed in an interview with RTL. The trigger for her enthusiasm for dance was a "Swan Lake" performance that she saw when she was a child. The princess promises: "I will definitely do my best."
As RTL previously announced, actress Janin Ullmann, comedian Bastian Bielendorfer and Sky presenter Riccardo Basile are also there.
From comedy to GZSZ
Other celebrity participants were determined even earlier: author Caroline Bosbach, athlete Mathias Mester, singer Michelle, actress Sarah Mangione, her colleague Timur Ülker, model Cheyenne Ochsenknecht and actor Hardy Krüger Jr. As usual, the jury consists of Joachim Llambi, Motsi Mabuse and Jorge Gonzalez. And the moderation hasn't changed either. Victoria Swarovski and Daniel Hartwich lead through the show again.
Last year, Rúrik Gíslason, a former professional footballer from Iceland, took first place, just ahead of his alleged new girlfriend, Valentina Pahde. Previous "Let's Dance" cup winners include celebrities such as Ingolf Lück, Gil Ofarim, Victoria Swarovski, Maite Kelly and Sophia Thomalla.
On February 18 from 8:15 p.m., RTL will show the start of the new season with "Let's Dance – Who is dancing with whom? The big introductory show". The show is also available on RTL+.
