Yeиdry X Lous and the Yakuza - Mascarade
Sowohl YEИDRY als auch Lous & The Yakuza haben beide bereits ziemlich eindrucksvolle Performances bei der Musikplattform Colors hingelegt. Wie kann man das noch toppen? Na klar, in dem man einfach gemeinsame Sache macht. Auf "Mascarade" lassen YEИDRY und Lous uns musikalisch an ihrer Freundschaft teilhaben und ergeben das wohl aufregendste Couple der europäischen Popmusik. Ok, streng genommen vertritt YEИDRY noch die Dominikanische Republik und Lous den Kongo, den dort liegen die Wurzeln der beiden. An Einflüssen kommt auf "Mascarade" also einiges zusammen – mit Lyrics auf Spanisch und Französisch und natürlich dem verträumten Signature-Pop- und Fusion-R'n'B-Tunes der beiden Queens. Dabei geht es um Vorurteile gegenüber anderen, aber auch darum, dass man sein Leben selbst in der Hand hat, sagen die beiden Sängerinnen.
